We’re pleased to say that we have a full season of bowls for you this year, with both the Afternoon and Evening League fixtures returning to the normal programme following the disruptions over the last two years. There will also be a full programme of Competitions and eleven Friendly Association Matches have been arranged. These are as follows:

MESSAGE FROM ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT
RWBBC now have to reinstate car park permits for both members and visitors.
These permits can be obtained from within the Men’s changing rooms, and be placed on the car dashboard, and when leaving the club they can be returned into a box which will be situated by the gate on the entrance to the car park.
Also could all visitors please park sensibly in front of the fence in front of the green.
ACCESS TO WANBOROUGH BOWLS CLUB FROM 6TH JUNE
The road from Covingham to Wanborough will be closed from Monday 6 June until 6 September, so access to Wanborough will be via Commonhead Roundabout.
Follow the road to Upper Wanborough up Pack Hill to Church Road and then take the third turning on the left signed Kite Hill.
Go down Kite Hill to the right-angled bend at the bottom which brings you into Rotten Row and the entrance to the bowls club signed Hooper’s Field is halfway along on the left.

Allow extra time to get to Faringdon, if you are using the A420. There are now Traffic Lights (single file) on the A420 Shrivenham By-Pass for the construction of a roundabout.
